(Anonymous) 2015-02-01 10:12 pm (UTC)(link)Text: After running into the same femslash fandom people over and over again I have FINALLY found a femslash fandom none of the old guard are even remotely participating in.
I have never been so HAPPY in my entire fandom life.

But then again, my femslash pairing moves at a fairly slow pace, even though the fandom itself is very active. *sigh*

(Anonymous) 2015-02-02 12:46 pm (UTC)(link)I've written about 2 femslash fics in my life out of over 50 I've done. That's the standard pattern as far as I can tell. Most of my mainly slash writing fanfic friends have written femslash at some point or other.
But I do get the OP's excitement of being in a fresh fandom. I also find that liberating.
