AYRT Believe it or not, I have heard McKay and Sheppard described as 'unattractive middle aged men'. :(

...maybe by season five?

I mean, I don't think David Hewlett is really all that good-looking, and he was losing a lot of hair.

But Joe Flanigan was kind of young-looking for his age when the series started, and he didn't age badly.

But then, I'm only a few years younger than they.

I had a friend in high school who probably would have thought Flanigan was "weaselly-lookin.'"

I don't know, I think I'm unusual for SGA fandom in that those two weren't really who I was looking at....
