I have fully embraced the whole "first drafts are shit"/"you can't edit a blank page" mindset. Sometimes if I'm stuck it helps to explain the story to myself on the computer screen rather than trying to write it like a real story. I summarize, I make notes about what should happen here and there later, I basically just pour out all my ideas in one big mess (which is actually surprisingly well organized in the end), and then I go back and fix it up later.

Which sounds weird combined with what I said above about never revising before, but this is about putting in all the details I had planned originally rather than trying to make it the best it can be and making really deep changes.

I don't know if this would work for you but it has served me very well. Until I think about showing my work to other people and then I freeze up and can relate very well to that anxiety. But the actual writing just for my own satisfaction works for me just fine. It also helps that writing is sheer entertainment for me. It's very much about the experience of the story rather than getting an impressive final product out of it. I'm having to shift that perception now that I'm trying to revise and do something with my writing, but it's been a helpful attitude while just trying to get the first drafts done.

I hope you figure something out and are able to have fun and be productive.

I've never tried writing like that, but it couldn't hurt, right? :D
