It sounds like you're not sure if this is a scam or not. Have you done any research on it? Simply entering the name of the company + scam should do it, then you can decide whether or not to forward the results to your friend.

As for telling her you're not interested, sounds like you need to be firmer about this. "I"m glad you've found something you're into, but I'm really not interested and would rather talk about something else. Hey, did you watch the Superbowl?" Remind her if necessary. "This isn't really my thing, remember? [change subject]"

I actually did google the company and found some poor reviews, I found some positive ones too but I never completely trust that sort of thing because often positive reviews are just the company trying to drown out and negative press. After my research I am pretty sure they are essentially a legal pyramid scheme or MLM.

I really just want her to leave the company, I don't know how I could get her to do it though (she may be in too deep at this point anyway.)
