Don't know if this counts as "popular" for fandom vs popular in canon, but I really couldn't care less about Kristoff and Olaf. I really hope the upcoming Frozen short keeps the focus on Anna and Elsa.

I actually really like Kristoff and Olaf!

...But I agree with you so much and I'm not particularly interested to seeing them. I felt they had enough screen time in the film. I hope Disney keeps the Frozen short focus on Anna and Elsa because, I mean, it's Anna's birthday and I feel like she'd want to spend that time with Elsa more than anyone else, considering all that happened in the film.

*crosses fingers* I hope Disney keeps them on-screen together for more than a little while.

I liked Olaf in the film, mostly because of Josh Gad's amazing comedic timing.

Kristoff... I liked Kristoff up until he got paired with Anna romantically. Like I thought with Hans back in Arendelle, Disney was actually going to do something amazing and have a boy and girl go off on a quest together and just be friends and THAT WOULD BE FINE, but nope. Hans is suddenly evil. Love interest. Boom.

And yeah, another anon brought up the Tangled short with Maximus and Pascal having 90% of the screen time. That's pretty much my "oh god no" base line. They've released a couple stills though and they look amazing and feature Anna and Elsa for the most part though, so fingers crossed.

Different anon but I was so salty about Kristoff and Anna being paired romantically. I was totally into them being friends and was enjoying their interactions and then they became a couple. I was so ready for M/F BROTP, but nope. Didn't happen.

AYRT: Yeah Josh Gad is very much the reason I like Olaf too.

Yeah I saw the Anna/Kristoff romance coming from a mile away when they first met. Guy and girl not exactly getting along on a hard journey isn't original as a romance. It would've been nice as a friendship.

I got spoiled for Hans's reveal before I saw the film, so, welp.

Ugh, the Tangled short. I thought it was cute, but admittedly I was disappointed that we didn't really get to see Rapunzel interact with her biological parents much. Please Disney, don't make the same mistake. I know money is a deciding factor, but Anna and Elsa are easily the best parts of the film. Here's hoping!

Well, I still ship Anna/Hans so take that Disney. ~~They don't care.~~

Also I get to be a Frozen hipster. I saw it that first weekend it came out, so no spoilers for me~~~

And then I saw it again for Christmas. And then again when they released the sing-a-long version. *whistles*

I agree. I really don't want a repeat of Tangled's short where the focus was on the horse and the reptile, and it was Rapunzel's wedding. I just want to see pretty princesses in pretty dresses.

EXACTLY. I mean, it was cute, but as fanservice it failed miserably.

Same. IDGAF about the snowman, reindeer, and the dude. I just want to watch the pretty princesses in pretty dresses being cute.
