I have to admit I don't understand that mindset at all. If a person has the parts you like then why does it matter if they weren't born with them?

not everyone is going to get surgery to change their parts?

Sorry, I've had a lot of weird arguments about people who have had surgery so that's where my mind went, and my brain interpreted the "came with" as being past tense and implying it had changed.

I do understand that there are a lot of reasons that trans people may not have surgery.
