Pretty much anything by Margaret Singer is good; she was the authority. David Sullivan is also worth googling--just make sure you add 'cult' to his name so you don't get the OTHER folks by that name. Unfortunately, Sullivan died before he was able to write any books, but there are a few interviews he's done that are really interesting!

Oh, and Steve Hassan wrote a book called Combatting Cult Mind Control which, despite the doofy title and cover design, is actually really down-to-earth and breaks down how thought reform WORKS. Quite good!
