Re: Best villains of all time?
Greer in Person of Interest is one too, especially now that he's giving me similar vibes to CSM. Unlike other antagonists, and morally gray characters in the show, he wasn't presented as someone who does terrible things with noble intentions or even for higher purpose. You just didn't know what he wanted at all, much less the why, and that unpredictability makes him scary cool to me.
Maleficent for being such a grudgewitch for being snubbed lol.
General secret government organizations of assassins in Bourne movies. The guy in the second was really good to root against.
GLaDOS is also really good. Especially in Portal 2 (so is Wheatley for being an entertaining douche I happily space shot).
