Cigarette Smoking Man (or cancer man) from the X Files is one of my favourites. He's just the job guy really, but he's amped up to be the key obstacle when he's not even in control. Kind of tragic imo.

Greer in Person of Interest is one too, especially now that he's giving me similar vibes to CSM. Unlike other antagonists, and morally gray characters in the show, he wasn't presented as someone who does terrible things with noble intentions or even for higher purpose. You just didn't know what he wanted at all, much less the why, and that unpredictability makes him scary cool to me.

Maleficent for being such a grudgewitch for being snubbed lol.

General secret government organizations of assassins in Bourne movies. The guy in the second was really good to root against.

GLaDOS is also really good. Especially in Portal 2 (so is Wheatley for being an entertaining douche I happily space shot).

Seconding Kyubey.

CSM was the best, and tbh it didn't even have that much to do with his character. It was just the way that William Davis looked and talked and the way he was shot and the way he just sort of skulked around the edges of everything. He kind of permeated everything the same way his cigarette smoke did.

It's still pretty good now that he's manager of Arsenal but it's not quite the same (sorry, this is a dumb joke based on the fact that Arsene Wenger and William Davis look like identical twins)
