Thank you so much for sharing that, seriously.

I have trouble adjusting to losing familiar people and having new ones step into their roles, even if I like the new person just fine, and I'm going to be dealing with a new administrator soon and I've been stressing out about it even though I know they won't hire anyone who they don't trust to be just as good. Even if I don't use the method exactly, just the reminder to accept change is something I really needed.

(also autistic and not great w/ change)
