Probably a lot of stuff, both in English and Norwegian. Can't think of anything specific right now.

As an add on to call a spade* a spade is a thing we say in Norwegian too and we only had white slaves, and I don't think it is one of those things we stole from English tbh I didn't know it was an English expression either. So I both learnt something new and will have to look up the history of the Norwegian equivalent to see where we got it from.

*as shovel not the card type

We say this in Russian; I'm pretty sure it's not an Anglicism.

Tbh it just feels like one of those expressions that would exist in most languages.
