Our town opera house, which turned 100 last year. There used to be an apartment on the second floor between the main floor and the mezzanine (we use it to store costumes & props now) that someone died in. Their ghost has been seen in the balcony a lot, but he/she/it turns out as a really bright light in photos so I couldn't tell you who it was. I've tried looking for the ghost myself but nothing has apparated yet. :/
