what? if it's romantic a term containing "platonic" wouldn't work at all

why can't they just be boyfriends or girlfriends? romance doesn't have to include sexuality. if two people are romantically attracted they can choose to establish a romantic relationship if they want to regardless of whether they're sexually attracted to each other.
