we use the 24 hour clock at my job and I love it. it's like the metric system - makes so much more sense but my word we are stubborn about changing stuff we like

It makes things more practical, in day to day life we do just use "12" hours, the 24 hour clock is mostly used in text and when the time can't be guessed out of context.

The Metric system is the only one I actually know, I have no idea about any of the other systems... Which is a flaw, so I can't really comment on the other systems.

I only know Metric and Imperial. I understand Imperial since that's what I grew up with, but objectively it's really weird and feels very random to me.
