Oh god Andy Blake. I still follow a few of his debunkers on tumblr; they're like, the only LEGIT reason I go to tumblr anymore. I even almost got interviewed by one of his defenders once!

kumquatwriter is the only tumblr I check out. It's scary how he's still able to get followers but at the same time I feel like the younger generation doesn't have that same sense of "to catch a predator" mentality. As a kid I was soooooo cautious about believing anything I read on the internet and always gave super vague answers about myself, never revealing my name, etc.

Yeah, Abby's pretty great. I've talked briefly with her a couple times, and I'm kinda impressed she wasn't anti-multi for life after Andy. If anyone had the right, it'd be her! But she was always perfectly nice in her responses to me.

Enh, Andy seems to be very good at encouraging people to drop their defenses and critical thinking. He IS a cult leader, after all; that's what they DO. And by fixating on younger folks, especially disenfranchised youth who feel afraid and alone, he has easy targets.
