Published and one of her books got turned into a movie. I think it tanked though. Supposedly she had Hollywood connections and that's how the movie got made.

The movie was TERRIBLE. I just couldn't get through it. While they were filming, she claimed control over the movie and disavowed it once it tanked.

Ugh the drama associated with Cassie Claire. So glad I avoided it and was mostly on the fringes of her circle.
