It took me until about last week to realize that this was a TV show character and not a Jermaine Jackson talk show from the early 90's.

I don't watch (I think this is Parks and Rec?) so...

He's such a hilarious send up of news people! Like, literally everything is a profound announcement, and he has to have perfect hair/ suit all the time, and he constantly introduces himself. It's the slyest and most amazing commentary on "news" stuff I've ever seen. Also, the character is just fun and weird!
