Hang out with me for a week, you could eat tacos every day for lunch AND dinner, and have super different tacos every time. So many fillings. So many preparations-- soft tacos, crisp tacos, puffy tacos...

Tempting. Very tempting. We can alternate cooking. You make tacos and I'll make whatever potato recipes I can weasel out of my family. Our sauerkraut and kielbasa is delicious!
