Oh, it's the Fifty Shades of Shitty Writing dude. I still don't find him attractive, even if he looks less prepubescent-but-bearded there. Some of those pics make him look mean and arrogant, though.

He has a weird severity to his eyes that's really off-putting to me. He looks like he's judging everyone he sees very harshly at all times, even when he's smiling. Just way too intense.

I had no idea what the plot of Peaky Blinders was until this post, but my impression of him for months was that he had serial-killer eyes. Apparently he actually does play a serial killer? IDK, he creeps me out.

He's a serial killer in The Fall, yeah. Good job casting someone who just looks that way naturally, I guess, lol.
