people who say things "OMG I HATE YOUR STUPID FACE" "I HATE YOU SO MUCH FOR WRITING THIS HOW DARE YOU" etc when they like something

this makes sense to me in cases where the fic is angsty or ends in a sad way for a ship

and that's the only context that I've seen it in / used it
