Yo this.
The inflation there is fucking ridicules. You think the shitty mods would realize this by now and at least be trying to fix it or something.

But lol I'm not surprised someone from Gaia made this secret. Out of all the websites I frequent most often, Gaia defiantly was the most the homophobic and negative place I've ever been. And this is coming from someone who uses Reddit at least once a day. And ugh don't even get me started on all the nazi-sympathizers.

Mods have nothing to do with the inflation though. They're just volunteers who deal with posts, sigs, forum conduct, etc. The Marketplace is an entirely different situation.

It's the admins who have given no fucks about the terrible state of inflation nowadays. I remember when the average price for a Monthly Envelope was around 2000 gold. The Marketplace used to be self-regulating. Then that 'economy student' introduced the 2% Marletplace tax, and that's when the fecal matter started to hit the air circulation device.
