Both of the Stilinkis. I know they call the Sheriff John a lot. I think the fanon name for Stiles is Genim.

It's getting ridiculous at this point, and the fact that the creators leave out basic worldbuilding and character information is actually why I quit watching the show. So annoying.

Whoa, I thought Stiles was his first name. What's "Stilinski," then? Does he have two last names? [doesn't watch the show, but has lots of fandom osmosis]

His first name is supposedly very hard to pronounce or something. So Stiles is a nickname. Stiles Stilinski.

I'm probably one of the few, but I'm not sure I want to know The Sheriff's name. Same with Stiles, because I feel like it'll probably end up underwhelming and I'll be disappointed.

(John is...well, far from unique, but to me it's as good as anything. Genim I hate though. That isn't stupidly hard to pronounce.)

But I'm not sure I'm even going to get back to the show, so I guess it shouldn't matter either way.

Hm, good point. It's been a while since I've read any TW fic so I don't know if the name ideas have gotten any worse than they were. I never minded John for the Sheriff's first name though.
