The Armenian Genocide was obviously a horrific atrocity and the people who did it were evil. I don't think it makes sense to blame Islam for that. I don't think the Armenian Genocide was caused by Islam specifically, I don't think you can put the blame for it on Islam specifically, and I don't think any given Muslim today has a connection to it just by virtue of being Muslim (obviously, the continued bigotry in Turkey does have a real connection to it, but I think that's a separate thing).

That's my position.
