I actually find it easy to switch between the two? But maybe it's because when I got into Manga I also got into Manhwa which looks similar but is read L->R, so even when I was still figuring out reading R-L I kept up L-R.
Or maybe it's to do with my dyspraxia and how easy it is for many dyspraxics to mix the two up (I can only tell left from right because I once broke my right arm).
