I don't take it personally if someone doesn't like the old. I just don't like those who hate others for their opinions and preferences. It's this that makes fandom such a shitpile. Whatever happened to live and let live and having fun?

A lot of the people who have a fandom “position” opposite to my own are very vocal on Twitter about their dislike for the current showrunner and what’s going on with the series, some of the characters, etc.
It really stokes my schadenfreude boner to stalk their Twitters and see them complain and whine every week.

(Anonymous) 2015-02-16 02:40 am (UTC)(link)Myself, I'm still enjoying the show. It's not what it once was, but it's not bad. I miss Ben Edlund (and Sera Gamble as a writer) and Carver's no Kripke, but he's restored a lot of what I thought was missing in the Gamble Era.
