I kinda wish we weren't so obsessed with the word "bitch".

Yes, there are particular ways you can use it that are misogynistic and demeaning.

But there are other ways that aren't, and as a woman (and yes, one who has been called a bitch in a misogynistic way), I would rather we learn how to use the word appropriately than ban it all together. I use it sometimes. It's a word and it has its uses.
