I think part of three point is that it doesn't have to be misogynistic, kind of like how "queer" doesn't have to be a slur. I mean, there's even a feminist magazine called Bitch.

I think it's usually always better to work on changing a word, either to make it more broad or less offensive, then it is to try to censor it. Censoring almost never works.

Also, you - as (quite possibly) a woman - say the term is always inherently misogynistic. I as a woman say it is not. I believe we are at an impasse.
