Interestingly enough, by the color guide the animation team released, it looks like the red on her helmet is supposed to be the same shade.

Just the contrast with the dark purple around the eyes makes it look lighter, where on her chest plate it's next to white and bright orange.

You can see the same on her ankle guards, it's the same but looks like it's between the two shades because of the charcoal color it's against.
