But, meh. I understand where complaints like this come from, since there's been a really huge, obnoxious push in the past couple decades to color-code things according to gender, and it's gone hand-in-hand with the intensification of gender-coding in marketing. But I wish the focus would be less on getting upset over traditionally "feminine" things and more on elevating them. A lot of complaints are coming across more and more as if those making them still think of what's masculine as being superior and default and what's feminine as being lesser.
