Waste of space

If they were fun to be around, attractive, nice, and so on, would that help even if they weren't useful, didn't have a job, or whatever?

(Anonymous) 2015-02-17 12:45 am (UTC)(link)i also don't think having a job makes someone inherently useful either. depending on the job, their work might actually be a huge detriment to other people. it's also impossible to do nothing. you have to use resources of some sort to sustain yourself, some of which could have gone to other people. i guess it comes down to is your life inherently less valuable than someone else's and i don't think anyone is truly able to make that judgement call.
