I find it the opposite way around with the 2nd one. A woman gets called a cunt if she's being too aggressive or masculine, bitch is usually reserved for "catty" and other supposedly girly things

I've always found that bitch is applied to women who are "too" authoritative or bossy. Or women who are aggressive and no nonsense. Like how powerful women (like Hillary Clinton) are so often called bitches.
