There are times I have something I really want to say, but the chance it might 'trigger' someone into trying to bully me off my account is just not worth it some days.

Same here. I used to want to say my opinion about a lot of different stuff on Tumblr, but now it's just not worth it due to how much bullshit happens on that site.

When I get really pissed off about something, I post it to my sideblog that I have just for venting. I don't tag anything, I don't follow anyone on it, I haven't told anyone the URL for it, I just post it where no one can see it. You'd be surprised how cathartic it can be.
