Can you change your perspective? Sometimes being wrong is a great chance to learn something! You can be wrong gracefully and well, yeah, no-one likes that flush of embarrassment or shame at getting something wrong, but you'll always be able to move past it and learn from it :D

But outright avoidance of anything where you could be potentially wrong (Which is...nearly everything) is indeed, not good, as you're just reinforcing your own fear and it may get worse for you :(

Sometimes you'll be wrong, sometimes you'll be right. Sometimes you'll be half and half, but I think what you learn from it really matters :) altho brains and habits are pesky things to convince of that.

Remember, everyone is wrong sometimes and rarely does anything bad come of it.
