Ah, I actually find this secret kind of sweet :) I feel like I get where OP is coming from.

That said OP, you clearly understand that the actor is not the character, so I don't think you need to feel guilty about disliking characters - or abandon fandoms over it. 'Cause even if the actor somehow knew that you hated their character, I don't think they'd mind - on the contrary, I imagine many would be pleased to be able to play a role that brings out strong reactions in the viewer. Even if the character isn't a bad person per se, you can't like everyone. (And if you dislike them for reasons of crappy scripting or whatnot, well, that again is nothing against the actor so there'd be no reason for them to hold it against you.)

...Yeah, I'm familiar with that feeling of torturing yourself over how bad famous people might feel if they somehow knew all my Bad Feelings about something they helped create (despite telling myself that it's not like they have any reason to care about my opinions even if they did know). -_-; I've pretty much gotten over feeling ridiculous about it. After all it's just a kind of fantastical way of being considerate of other people's feelings, and that's really not such a bad thing.
