i hope el james gets more control over the next movie like she wants. can you imagine how much of a trainwreck it will turn out if that happens? i might actually pay to see that.

Actually, you're right.

If the next movie is so bad it's entertaining I might.... well I'd pirate it. I still wouldn't give the author a cent.

The only way I know the books were so bad is that I read some of the original fanfic. It was jawdroppingly incompetent. Basic things like indicating who was speaking, and her supposedly American character having all kinds of obvious Britishisms.

A mash up of all the funniest bad parts of the book, made into a movie, would be priceless.
