4. I definitely had Edward Scissorhand flashbacks. Just having Johnny with that super pale face and bags under his eyes holding blades was enough. And the way he shaved the face in the Pirelli contest? The same way Edward gave haircuts. I don't think he acted like Edward, but there were similarities and they were made quite blatant by the Tim Burton imagery.

Oh yes I agree with you on looking alike, I figured on the secret when it said "playing Edward Scissorhands" I was going by personality-wise. When I first saw him pick up the blade I thought Edward just...a very much more violent psycho Edward xD

Personally, I was disappointed that the film looked so much like any other Tim Burton film. I guess it's because I'm just not a fan. I know a lot of people get off on his style, but if it's suddenly hurting how people see the characters, well, it's not done a very good job.

Plus, a lot of people are looking for any excuse to bash the film =/
