There are definitely aspects of Marie's behavior that are bothersomely grating, but I think she redeemed herself in S5.

Text; The scene where Marie tried taking Holly away from Skyler made me hate her.

I honestly don't get this attitude.

Marie finds out that the Walt is a cook for the Meth trade. She finds out that Skyler not only knows about it, but that her sister is helping Walt. And, oh, wait! Walt is part of the reason why her husband got shot, required extensive physical therapy, and still walks with a limp.

Let's not forget the fact that Skyler basically asked Marie to take both her kids in for several months.

Plus, it isn't like Marie immediately made a grab for the kid. At first, Marie thought that Walt was MAKING Skyler do all these things. She was offering to help. It wasn't until Marie got the message that Skyler was fully on-board for the ride that she decided to grab Holly and make a run for it.

In Marie's shoes? I'd be grabbing the baby and running, too, if only to get the kid out of what looks to me like a dangerous situation. I'm 100% on Marie's side here.

And I'm someone who isn't Marie's biggest fan.
