Honestly? I don't think the Widow is much more "distinctive" for facial recognition software than your average Jane. She doesn't have any sort of weird face shape; she hasn't any deformities, either. I mean, yes, facial recognition software IS a problem for spies, but that's (mostly) not because they have -distinctive- looks.
