I'm no expert, but yea, I imagine there's many cases where it isn't possible because of bad lighting, blurry images, the angle of the picture, etc.

If facial recognition isn't an issue then I imagine she can get around easy enough. (She is trained for this shit, so I'm sure she knows exactly what she needs to change to become unrecognizable.)

Plus, like anon above said, that face-changing tech would help a lot. (I doubt she has it on her person at all times, but still.)
