There was a thread about the Gorillaz a few days ago (I missed it). In it, someone mentioned that 2D and Murdoc had a messed up relationship. Can someone explain why to me? Google results turned up zilch.

Wasn't the 'official' canon something along the lines of 2D's head being bashed about with something involving a car and Murdoc giving him his nickname to begin with as a shortened version of 'two dents'...?
