I gave up on a movie about the assassination of a nondescript US president (no, it wasn't a JFK stand-in) about ten minutes in, when one of the secret agents went to the shooter's house, and literally (LITERALLY) diagnosed the guy with LUNG CANCER because he had, I kid you not, cough syrup and nosebleed-bloody tissues in his hidey-hole.
