Or, just walk by the interviewers. Not every celeb is interviewed. You can jsut walk by.

Yes, because none of those shy, retiring people with a camera crew will yell your name or try to chase after you for an interview. That's not what the media is famous for or anything.

Seriously, this might work for people who aren't famous, but this isn't going to work for the sort of person who is invited to walk the red carpet, making your suggestion rather pointless.
