You're preaching to the choir, man. But The Librarians is worlds and away better than Nu!Who ever was, IMO. That's what I mean when I say it's got heart. DW have heart? Not until the [yeah I could say so many things right here so many things but I won't] currently pulling the strings retires.....

I am so sad that I don't like this show. On paper it's everything I have ever wished for, and from a creative team I adore. But in practice, everything about it is just "No. Why. Where did this go wrong."

Same, I watched a bit over Christmas break with the family and I was pretty much bristling when my mother was claiming it was basically the same as Capaldi's run on DW (the earlier series of nu!Who? ...maybe)

It has its good moments, but in general it just seemed too much "color by the numbers" try-too-hard. It's a shame, because like the other person who replied, it is the kind of premise with the type of characters I would usually adore.
