God, yea. Gov had worn out his welcome about ten times over by the time he died. It could've been a more satisfying death, but idec by that point. (I still feel his solo episodes were some of the worst WD episodes ever.)

Oh man, definitely. I guess they were trying to humanize him, maybe? But I just didn't give a damn, about him or about the people he was with.

Considering the way things turned out it felt more like “Some people are just rotten to the core”, which is a fun message. Or maybe I should've felt something other than hatred, distrust and frustration towards Gov, but it didn't happen.
