I def don't agree with you (it wouldn't be in my top ten), but Ellen Page is adorable and we all have our 'guilty pleasures'. Nothing wrong with that.

That's pretty extreme. I get having a bias for the movies with characters you like best, but I wouldn't go nearly as far as considering a bad movie my favorite just because my fave character is in it.

But to each their own. Some people have liked Last Stand for worse reasons after all.

In a much smaller measure, I share the character favoritism though. With the exception of Iron Man 1, I prefer First Class, DoFP and The Wolverine over all Marvel movies. I just like the X-Men better /shrugs

I hope there's a way they can get the X-Men into the MCU, but only if Hugh Jackman still gets to play Wolverine at least once. Hughverine is my favorite Wolverine.

I don't want the X-Men in the MCU now that they're back on track. It'd just mean a lot less movies if they had to share the schedule with all other characters. But I totally agree with you that Hugh is a great Wolverine.

You prefer The Last Stand over Days of Future Past? She's actually more relevant in the latter.

As a comic fan I hate the Last Stand because it was the worst adaption of the Phoenix saga ever (and that's saying a lot!) and it was just plain bad. But I do own the dvd because of the Logan/Jean scenes. I've been shipping then ever since I was 8 so it's a guilty pleasure.

I understand OP. X3 isn't my favorite but it amused me a lot more then the mass public apparently.

And I like the MCU and the Avengers and all that, but I've always liked the X-men better and more of my favorites are X-men. I don't think I'll ever be fully invested in the MCU until they can legitimately bring in the X-men and call them mutants (sorry, I don't care about inhumans, I need my mutants.)
