LOL! That's true if you're for superheroes killing all in the name of peace and justice.
But I know there are some people who say that the whole "Batman doesn't kill" thing is something about Batman that they like. He doesn't kill villains but the fact that he takes justice into his own hands can be dangerous. That has actually become a huge thing in superhero stories now that I think about it. Like, how people got super angry that Superman killed Zod.

Maybe if Batman killed the Joker the 8th time he escaped from prison, he'd have less problems.

Yeah, give the criminals a second chance to see if they straighten up on their own, kill them if they're not learning the lesson AND as a cautionary tale for the other criminals.
