I feel optimistic. Oil prices will rise, Ukraine will ship all the weapons somewhere else, etc. I really hope that Ukraine isn't in for a long civil war here, like so many other countries.

I'm worried about new laws that keep popping up in Russia the last few years though. What will the government come up with next? Democracy is dead.

I want to think you're right. To be quite fair, I'm basically a real-life version of Bulychev's Captain Green (yeah, apparently the British have translated his surname), so, well. I'm probably not the best person to produce unbiased political forecasts.
