Hey OP, have you tried maybe putting all the stuff you want to tell them in bullet points, and then write sentences based on them? Or make an outline for the whole letter before working out the details? Idk, maybe you've already tried, but if not, it might help?

You really sound quite upset over this. But if this letters means a lot to you, I'm sure you can get it out!
