I'd probably say I'm neutral. Most people I meet on a day to day basis are irrelevant to my life which means I probably forget about them once they're out of sight.

I worked in retail for about... ten-ish years though, and I'd have to say 75% of people were pleasant and easy to deal with and 25% made me somewhat with a box would fall off a shelf and conk them in the head.
