Ahh. I think Americans use creamer or some other equivalent, but using anything but regular milk in coffee here is weird to us. My friend was having a meltdown. Her brain couldn't handle life without flat whites. You guys do excellent hot chocolate though. Almost as good as the Italian version.

Has it snowed much this year? We just missed it when we went. We tried to make snowmen with the dirty leftover snow.
