The live-action PGSM is fantastic, and I don't think it gets enough credit. Then again, I'm already a sentai/tokusatsu/Power Rangers fan in addition to being a Sailor Moon fan, so that probably helps me look past some of the sillier aspects.

Though for me these days, my preferred version of the franchise has been the classic musicals (especially anything '93-2001). They can be even cheesier than the live-action series, and they play pretty fast and loose with the anime/manga canon at times, but I personally find that part of the charm.
